Comments: 

  1. Partner's 2C has promised at least 10 HCP, S has 14 HCP +2 length and +2 distribution
  2. Opening 1H South has let partner know they have 13 - 21 pts and at least 5 hearts. By responding 2C North has let partner know they have 6+ points and 3 clubs. Partner also knows that North's hand is not balanced and MAY contain only 3 hearts (Limit Raise). South may rebid Hearts (7 hearts) to find out more about Norths hand, Do they have exactly 3 hearts and 11-12 points?
  3. Clubs must be there legitimate suit - A dble would have been looking for a suit
  4. I hope the jump forces partner to bid something. 4 hearts was tempting.
